At Cognexa Consulting Limited, we value transparency and trust in every client relationship. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity while reflecting the nature of our consulting and digital service engagements.

1. Consulting & Advisory Services

Our consulting services (including research, behavioural design, workshops, and strategy projects) are delivered under mutually agreed proposals and timelines.

Once a project has commenced, fees paid for completed phases are non-refundable.
If a client chooses to cancel before project initiation, a full refund (minus any administrative or setup costs) will be issued within 10 business days.
If a project is cancelled mid-way, the client will be billed for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

2. Digital Products, Reports, or Templates

For downloadable or digital assets (such as behavioural toolkits, reports, or frameworks):

Refunds are not applicable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
In cases of duplicate payments or technical errors, clients may request a correction or refund by contacting us within 7 business days of the transaction.

3. Workshops & Training Programs

For cancellations made at least 7 days before a scheduled workshop or training, a 100% refund will be processed.
For cancellations made within 7 days of the event, 50% of the fee will be retained to cover preparation and administrative costs.
No refunds are issued for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.
Clients will receive a written acknowledgement and confirmation of refund status from our finance team.

6. Exceptions

Cognexa reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases involving bespoke consulting, intellectual property, or third-party dependencies.

Cognexa Consulting Limited reserves the right to modify or update this policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
